Brian Purcell is the managing partner of PLLR Lawyers. His practice focuses primarily on corporate, commercial/business law, commercial real estate, and commercial leasing.
Brian advises a diverse range of clients from small business owners to large private corporations. He has extensive experience in a number of areas including business incorporations, limited and general partnerships, shareholder agreements, general business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, franchise matters, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial leasing.
Brian grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta, Brian moved to the Lower Mainland and completed his law degree at the University of British Columbia. In 2001, Brian joined PLLR Lawyers as an articled student and has practiced with us ever since.
Brian is a Steveston resident and a proud member of the Richmond community. He is a member of the Richmond Country Club and is an avid golfer and rec hockey player. Brian, unfortunately, is also a lifelong Edmonton Oilers fan.
